To ensure the perfect fit for your horse or dog, please refer to our sizing guide before ordering. If our standard sizes don’t quite suit your needs, we’re happy to offer custom sizing - simply send us your measurements and we’ll create a piece tailored just for you.

Please note: As all our products are handmade with care, slight variations in sizing (approximately 1-2cm) may occur. We appreciate your understanding and support of handcrafted items.

Browbands

A well-fitting browband is essential for your horse’s comfort and overall bridle fit. Use the chart below to find the right size for your horse, based on the measurement from end to end (including loops).

How to Measure:

• Lay your current browband flat and measure from one end to the other, including the loops.

• Or, measure across your horse’s forehead from the base of one ear to the other where the browband will sit.

💡 A browband that's too small can pinch behind the ears, while one that's too large may droop or sit awkwardly.

Halters

To ensure your halter fits comfortably and securely, it’s important to measure your horse’s head accurately before choosing a size. Use the chart below as a guide.

A properly fitted halter should sit snugly but not tightly—not so loose it slides around, and not so tight it causes discomfort.

💡 Tip: Always leave a little room for adjustment, so the buckle can reach the correct holes without straining. 

✳️ Note: Measurements reflect the total strap length. For the cheekpieces, throatlatch, and chin strap, this is measured excluding hardware. For the crownpiece, it’s measured from the edge of the hardware to the end of the strap.

Each Part Explained

• Crownpiece (Poll strap)
  Goes over the top of the horse’s head, behind the ears.
  ➤ Measure from one cheek ring, over the poll, to the other cheek ring.

• Cheekpieces
  Run down each side of the horse’s face.
  ➤ Measure from below the ear to just above the noseband.

• Noseband
  Wraps around the horse’s muzzle.
  ➤ Measure around the nose, about 1–2 inches below the cheekbones.

• Throatlatch
  Passes under the horse’s jaw.
  ➤ Measure from one side (below the ear), under the jaw, to the other side.

• Chin Strap
  Runs under the nose between the cheekpieces.
  ➤ Measure straight across the underside of the nose.

Reins

Choosing the right rein length depends on both your horse’s size and your personal riding preference. The chart below provides a general recommendation, but if you prefer a longer rein loop or ride with more slack, we suggest going up a size.

Dog Collars

To ensure the perfect fit, measure your dog’s neck where the collar will naturally sit. Use the size chart below to find the right fit for your breed. Each size shows the adjustable range—from the tightest to the loosest setting.

How to Measure:

• Use a soft tape measure around your dog’s neck, allowing two fingers to fit comfortably between the tape and their skin.

• Choose the size where your dog’s neck measurement falls within the range.

💡 If your dog is between sizes or you’re unsure, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

Dog Jackets

To ensure the perfect fit for your pup, please measure your dog carefully and refer to the chart below. If your dog is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort. The table below shows the measurements for measuring your dog. Dimensions of our rugs can be found in the images on the product page. 

Tip: We highly recommend measuring your dog before placing your order as our sizing does vary from other rugs on the market.

📏 How to Measure:

• Neck:
  Measure around the base of your dog’s neck, where their collar naturally sits.
• Chest (Girth):
  Wrap the tape around the widest part of your dog’s chest—just behind the front legs.
• Back Length:
  Measure from the base of the neck (where it meets the shoulders) all the way to the base of the tail.

🧵 Fit Tip:

• If your dog is between sizes, choose the larger size for better comfort.

• Make sure the jacket allows free movement, especially around the legs and shoulders.

• For dogs with deep chests (like Frenchies or Danes), focus more on the chest girth when selecting a size.

Tie in Stretch Tail Bags

Our Tie-In Stretch Tail Bags are designed to keep your horse’s tail protected, clean, and tangle-free while offering a secure and comfortable fit. Use the chart below to select the right size for your horse.

How to Measure

To find the right size:

1. Brush and detangle the tail.

2. Measure from just below the tail dock to the bottom of the tail.

3. Choose the size that closely matches or slightly exceeds that length for full coverage.

Please feel free to check out this list of items and the product specific turnaround times to know when to expect your parcel to be shipped. If you have any questions or require your items in a priority please contact us and we can let you know when you can expect to receive your shipment. Once orders leave  our office we are unable to do anything to speed up your parcel however we can track your parcel to let you know where it is up to. All orders are shipped with Australia Post.

Orders with multiple items ship together, anticipate shipment on the longest turnaround time.
