How does our embroidered name patches work?

Simply add the name you'd like embroidered, select the fabric colour, text style and embroidery colour. We make your patch and when you receive it you simply sew it onto your saddle pad or rug. If you'd like a professional finish, we can sew your patch onto your rug/saddle pad for you, simply select the sewing service option during ordering.

 

How should the rug/saddle pad be sent to us when selecting the sewing service?

Please place into a secure package and ship to us. You will receive the postal location via email or text (whatever you provide at checkout) when you have placed your order (please allow a few hours to receive this message as it is not an automated message). We recommend you send your parcel via a tracked parcel so you can track the arrival of your parcel arriving at our office.
