How much hair do we need?

We only require a small part of your horses mane or tail about 5cm in length and about 4-5cm thickness. Any additional hair provided which is not needed for your bracelet will be returned to you along with your bracelet. 

Does the hair need to be washed before sending?

No, we carefully hair wash all your horses hair before making any of our horse hair products. 

How should the hair be sent to us?

Please secure the hair into a elastic hair band and place into a secure package and ship to us. You will receive the postal location via email or text (whatever you provide at checkout) when you have placed your order (please allow a few hours to receive this message as it is not an automated message). We recommend you send your parcel via a tracked parcel so you can track the arrival of your parcel arriving at our office.
