Click & Collect Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing L’Equino Essentials. Please read these Click & Collect Terms & Conditions carefully before placing your order.

1. Click & Collect Availability

  • Click & Collect orders are available at Click & Collect – Tamworth NSW
  • Pickup is by appointment only. Customers must confirm their preferred collection day and time via text or email.
  • Collection is available Monday – Friday, 8 am – 6 pm. Not available on weekends or public holidays.
  • Orders cannot be collected outside the confirmed appointment time.
  • Exact address will be sent via email when your order is ready for collection.

2. Ordering & Payment

  • All Click & Collect orders must be placed online.
  • Payment is required at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues or errors.

3. Pickup Process

  • Once your order is ready, you will receive a Ready for Pickup email with detailed instructions.
  • Please bring your order confirmation (printed or on your phone) to collect your items.
  • If you cannot attend your scheduled time, contact us in advance to rearrange.

4. Stock & Availability

  • Only items listed as eligible for Click & Collect can be collected.
  • We cannot guarantee availability if stock is limited; appointments are subject to confirmation.

5. Uncollected Orders / No-Shows

  • Orders must be collected at the scheduled appointment time.
  • If a customer fails to collect their order without notifying us, we may:
    • Cancel the order and return items to stock.
  • No refunds will be issued for orders not collected within the scheduled appointment window.
  • Customers are responsible for contacting us to reschedule if they cannot attend their appointment.

6. Liability

  • L’Equino Essentials is not responsible for items left uncollected or for delays caused by customer scheduling.
  • Customers are responsible for attending their appointment on time.
