Shipping policy

Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries may take between 2 and 21 days, depending on the delivery option and location. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we hold no responsibility for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of lequinoessentialstack.com

Selecting the incorrect postage option for your order may result in a delay in your order. Should you select a postage option that does not meet the requirements to deliver your order you will be invoiced for the remainder of the cost of delivery. Please feel free to contact us if you are unsure about the correct postage option for your order.

Orders will be processed upon full payment.

All orders will be ready for dispatch within 5-6 working days unless otherwise stated at time of checkout. The turnaround time listed on the product listing is an estimate only and all products may take up to 6 business days for dispatch.
