How much hair is needed?
We only require a small part of your horses mane or tail about 10cm in length and about 4-5cm thickness. Any additional hair provided which is not needed for your keychain will be returned to you along with your new keychain.
Does the hair need to be washed before sending?
No, we carefully hair wash all your horses hair before making any of our horse hair products.
How should the hair be sent to us?
Please secure the hair with an elastic hair band and place it inside a sealed bag or envelope to keep it safe during transit. Package it securely and send it to us once your order has been placed.
You will receive our postal address via email or text message (depending on the details you provide at checkout) within a few hours of ordering (during business hours). Please note this message is sent personally and is not automated.
