L'Equino Members Circle - Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the L’Equino Members Circle - Terms & Conditions (the "Membership Club"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Membership Club offered by L’Equino Essentials ("we", "us", or "our"). By signing up or using any of the services or benefits offered through the Membership Club, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership Overview

The L’Equino Members Circle is a paid or free membership program designed to reward our community of horse lovers, riders, and equestrians with exclusive benefits including but not limited to:

  • Members-only discounts and offers
  • Early access to limited edition and new products
  • Exclusive gifts, rewards, and bonuses
  • Special access to events, subscription boxes, or member-only products

Memberships are available in free and paid tiers (if applicable), and benefits may vary depending on the level of membership.

2. Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals who are:

  • At least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian
  • Residents of Australia
  • Able to provide a valid email address and shipping information
  • We reserve the right to refuse or revoke membership at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms or misuse of membership privileges.

3. Membership Benefits

Benefits may include:

  • Special pricing or discounts on selected products
  • Free or discounted shipping promotions
  • Surprise gifts or bonus items with orders
  • Access to exclusive products, limited releases, or pre-orders
  • Invitations to events, promotions, or competitions

Please note: Benefits may change from time to time at our sole discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify members of significant changes.

4. Subscription Boxes 

If your membership includes recurring subscription boxes:

  • Subscription boxes will be shipped on a monthly/bi-monthly/quarterly basis as outlined on the product page.
  • You will be charged subscription amount per box unless otherwise stated.
  • You may cancel or pause your subscription according to the cancellation policy outlined in Section 6.

5. Billing and Payment

For paid memberships:

  • Payment will be processed via the method provided at the time of sign-up.
  • Renewals will renew on the same date each week, month or year according to your selected subscription
  • Memberships may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel your membership at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us at info@lequinoessentialstack.com
  • Refunds will not be issued for partial membership periods or unused benefits unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
  • Products in subscription boxes or gifts sent to members can not be exchanged or returned for a refund. If sizing is incorrect you can get your product exchanged for a matching product in different size however unless the size is incorrect due to our error return shipping is the buyer responsibility.
  • Subscription boxes that have already been processed or shipped cannot be refunded.

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up-to-date. Memberships and benefits are non-transferable and intended for personal use only.

8. Changes to the Program

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the L’Equino Members Circle or any aspect of it at any time without prior notice. This includes changes to benefits, pricing, eligibility, or structure of the program.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your membership at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in abuse of the program. In the case of termination, unused benefits may be forfeited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, L’Equino Essentials shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Membership Club. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

11. Privacy

Your information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By joining the Membership Club, you consent to receiving email communications and updates related to your membership.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Membership Club will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
