L’Equino Essentials Subscription Box Terms & Conditions
By purchasing or subscribing to the L’Equino Essentials Seasonal Subscription Box, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to protect both our customers and our small business while providing transparency around how our subscription operates.
1. Subscription Payments & Cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via your customer account.

No refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods (e.g. if cancelled mid-cycle after payment has been made).

If you select the monthly payment option, you are committing to the full three-payment cycle for each box.

All three payments must be completed before cancellation takes effect or a box is dispatched.

Regardless of when the final (third) payment is made, your box will not be shipped until the next seasonal box release.

2. Subscription Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each cycle (monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.).

It is the customer's responsibility to cancel their subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges.

Reminder emails may be sent before renewal but are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping & Delivery

Boxes are packed and shipped during the last week of each season to ensure they arrive within the first week of the new season. (Australia wide)

Seasonal boxes follow the Australian seasonal calendar.

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location, postal delays, or public holidays.

You are responsible for keeping your shipping address up to date. We are not responsible for boxes sent to incorrect or outdated addresses if not updated prior to shipping.
4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

No returns, refunds or exchanges will be offered on box items unless there is an error on our part, such as:

Missing items

Incorrect items

Faulty or damaged products (photo evidence may be required).

Colour preferences selected at checkout are subject to availability. While we aim to honour these preferences, we cannot guarantee you will receive your chosen colour in every item or box.
5. Product Use, Allergies & Safety

Some boxes may include grooming products, treats, or accessories with specific materials or ingredients. Use all products as intended and under supervision of both horse and handler.

L’Equino Essentials is not liable for adverse reactions, sensitivities, or misuse of items provided.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check ingredients or materials if concerned about allergies.
6. Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment fails or is declined, we will attempt to reprocess it automatically.

If the payment remains unsuccessful, your subscription may be paused or cancelled, and no box will be shipped until full payment has been received.
7. Pricing, Product Changes & Availability

L’Equino Essentials reserves the right to update pricing, box contents, or subscription structures at any time.

If such changes occur, subscribers will be notified via email or on our website.

Product availability may vary due to supplier stock or other factors, and substitutions of equal value may occur if necessary.
8. Use of Discount Codes & Offers

Promotional codes and discounts may only be used as specified and cannot be stacked unless explicitly allowed.

L’Equino Essentials reserves the right to cancel orders where codes have been misused or applied outside their intended conditions.
